HIGH PERFORMANCE/FUTURES

Futures is designed for aspiring junior tennis players (ages 5-11) who plan to play tennis long-term. Players go through the orange/green ball progression while being taught proper swing paths and footwork patterns.

High Performance is for junior players (ages 12-18) competing at local level, sectional level and L1 National Level. Training consist of general drills, point construction, match management, strength & conditioning, injury prevention and college tennis preparatory.

Private lessons available upon request for any students wishing to accelerate their development.

 

Acceptance into program is per approval of Alex Sugai, Director of High Performance​.
